How to do calf raiser exercises? These are great to help in the rehabilitation of knee and ankle injuries. The incorrect implementation of calf raisers can cause other issues or can halt progress in recovery.
Here are two simple steps to follow:
- Come up onto the toes then rock back onto the heels – loose toes and come up onto the balls of the feet
- Draw some lines from second toe to the middle of ankles. When doing the Calf Raisers try to keep this line vertical when coming onto the balls of your feet and back down
By following the above steps it will increase rehabilitation results and hopefully speed up the recovery.
