Practitioner Profile
Grace is a physiotherapist with a keen interest in women’s and pelvic health. She has worked in private practices in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, working both in women’s health and treating musculoskeletal conditions. She has completed additional training and professional development in assessing and treating women’s health and pelvic floor conditions. She also has a passion for exercise rehabilitation through both Pilates-based exercise and hydrotherapy.
Grace’s biggest passion is educating and empowering patients to take an active role in their own treatment and recovery, and to help patients to achieve their goals. She understands the importance of taking the time to ensure a patient is heard and that they are given the opportunity to ask questions. Grace also believes in a holistic approach – that there can be multiple factors contributing to a particular condition, and that working alongside other health disciplines can create the best outcomes for patients.
Alongside clinic-based treatment modalities, Grace also runs group exercise classes with a Pilates-based approach, as well as hydrotherapy classes for a wide variety of women’s and musculoskeletal conditions. In conjunction with education and exercise rehabilitation, Grace has also undergone additional training in dry needling and cupping.
When not working, you will find Grace finding a waterfall to swim in, going to a Pilates class, volunteering in the turtle hatching program on the Sunshine Coast, or making pottery.
