Practitioner Profile
Lauren, born in New Zealand and raised on the Sunshine Coast graduated from Central Queensland University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). Lauren is passionate about exercise and empowering people to recover through optimal movement. Lauren thoroughly enjoys working with and supporting patients to achieve their goals. Lauren is interested in all aspects of women’s health, specifically, antenatal and postnatal exercise modifications, pelvic floor training and musculoskeletal concerns. Lauren is passionate about learning and is always seeking professional development to further her knowledge, particularly in regards to women’s and pelvic health. Lauren has completed further training in Women’s Health, and is looking to commence her masters.
Outside of work Lauren enjoys spending time with her little family, CrossFit and relaxing at the beach with a good book.
