Rebecca graduated from the University of Cumbria with honours in Physiotherapy in 2016. Rebecca went on to further her study and experience in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy and has been working exclusively in this area since early on in her career. She has a range of experience in both private practices and in the National Health Service in the UK.
In her role as a Senior Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in the public hospitals in the UK, she treated and managed post-operative elective orthopaedic and trauma patients. Bec also has a vast range of experience working alongside sporting teams, primarily Rugby Union, where she is currently the Lead Physio with the Cyprus Rugby Union team and travels internationally to support them.
Bec is dedicated to continuing to further her knowledge in order to give her patients the best level of care she can offer. She has completed further training in matwork Pilates and and enjoys taking small group and one-to-one sessions. Bec has also undertaken acupuncture and dry needling training.
After having spent the last 8 years living, studying and working in the UK, Bec and her fiancé have returned to her home here on the Sunshine Coast. She loves being on the beach, or up in the mountains and they spend their time camping and exploring the local area, with their dog, Moose in tow.
