Delivered by a Physiotherapist. Aimed at helping you reach your goals safely. Pilates, Strength & Conditioning classes incorporate cardio, circuit, functional exercises, mat and reformer pilates and stretching for comprehensive fitness. You will be able to progress to a wide variety of fitness pursuits with confidence.
We strongly recommend having an assessment with one of our Physiotherapists prior to attending any classes for an assessment.
