Practitioner Profile
Gayle is a highly experienced physiotherapist, passionate about helping people to get the most out of life. She has worked in private practice physiotherapy and multidisciplinary clinics in South Africa, New Zealand and Germany before joining us here in Australia. Gayle has worked with the NZ High Performance Sports Team, circus performers, busy executives and athletes of every level. Gayle’s love of trail running has seen her working with long distance runners and providing running biomechanics assessments.
Gayle’s clinical toolset includes Dry Needling, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation and Neuro-Meningeal Mobilisation, allowing her to help people who are challenged with chronic and complex pain syndromes. She merges these approaches with traditional physiotherapy approaches to enable novel and holistic approaches to recovery and performance.
When Gayle isn’t working, she loves to be outside hiking, walking on the beach, camping, dancing or cooking a meal for friends and family.
