Working in the allied health sector for the last 4 years Jen has always held a passion for the health industry coming from an extensive background in strength and conditioning coaching for the last 11 years. to competing nationally within her chosen sport of weightlifting and CrossFit. She is committed to ensuring your experience at Alchemy is a positive one from the moment you arrive until departure.
Holding a specific interest within exercise and rehabilitation and women’s health with previous studies in exercise science, pre and post natal recovery and a few years of occupational therapy up her sleeve she holds a goal to get back and finish her studies allowing herself to continue giving back to the community and continue teaching in avenues she is incredibly passionate about.
When not within the clinic you will find Jen amongst her 5 children and busy household enjoying the sunshine and of course a nice strong coffee ! She looks forward to welcoming you into the Alchemy clinic at our Noosa location.
