Practitioner Profile
Nadja has been practising for over 18 years as an Acupuncturist and women’s health mentor who
walks alongside women through every season of life — from menarche and fertility, to pregnancy,
birth preparation, matrescence- the motherhood Journey , and into the wisdom years of peri and
post menopause.
She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture) and completed an internship at Guangzhou
University of Chinese Medicine in China, gaining firsthand experience in both hospital and clinical
settings. Nadja also trained for four years under a highly respected teacher of Japanese
Acupuncture, refining a gentle and subtle style of practice that honours sensitivity and precision.
Her work is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and guided by a deep respect for the body’s
natural rhythms and seasons of life. With a compassionate and empowering approach, Nadja
supports women to not only restore balance and vitality through diet and lifestyle tools, but to feel
seen, heard, and held as they navigate life’s rites of passage.
She believes healing is not just the absence of symptoms, but a journey of reconnection — to body
