Practitioner Profile
Since graduating in 2007 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland, Charissa has worked extensively in both hospital and private practice settings.
She worked in Brisbane at The Prince Charles Hospital and Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital prior to marriage, covering various clinical caseloads and educator roles including ICU, women’s health, cardio-pulmonary (including transplant), musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, neuro-rehabilitation, geriatrics and palliative care.
In 2012 she relocated to Gympie where her husband lived and has since worked exclusively in private practice, further pursuing her special interest in women’s health.
