Practitioner Profile
Christine is dedicated to helping her patients overcome everyday aches and pains, postural concerns, and work-related injuries. She takes a holistic approach to treatment, taking time to understand the full picture, identify all contributing factors and inspire a return to a healthy, active lifestyle.
With extensive experience in Japan treating skiing and snowboarding injuries over five winter seasons, Christine offers specialised expertise in snow sports physiotherapy. She is also trained in Women’s Health, including pelvic floor rehabilitation and pregnancy-related pain.
To restore function and ease to the body, Christine integrates massage and mobilisation techniques with additional modalities such as dry needling. She believes strongly in matching movement practices to the individual, providing tailored exercise prescriptions including Clinical Pilates, strength training and gym-based rehabilitation.
Outside of the clinic, Christine is a self-confessed “gym junkie” who loves practicing yoga, snowboarding, and spending time at the beach. She is also currently enjoying the challenge of learning to play the guitar.
