Practitioner Profile
Ella is a passionate physiotherapist with a special interest in women’s and pelvic health. After becoming a mother herself, she discovered firsthand the profound impact pregnancy, birth and the postpartum journey can have on a woman’s body, inspiring her to pursue a career dedicated to helping women feel informed, empowered, and confident in their bodies.
Ella believes every woman deserves to feel heard. She creates a warm, welcoming, and judgement-free space where clients feel comfortable discussing concerns that are often difficult to talk about. Her treatment approach is holistic, collaborative, and individualised, recognising that pelvic health is closely connected with the rest of the body and should never be treated in isolation.
She has a special interest in pelvic and sexual pain, pelvic organ prolapse and pessary management, antenatal and postnatal care, bladder and bowel dysfunction, exercise rehabilitation through Pilates-based movement, and musculoskeletal conditions. Ella particularly enjoys helping women return to the activities they love while restoring confidence in their bodies.
Passionate about whole-person care, Ella values working within a multidisciplinary team and believes the best outcomes come from collaboration. Whether working alongside naturopaths, massage therapists, doulas, acupuncturists, gynaecologists, or other health professionals, she enjoys bringing together different areas of expertise to provide comprehensive, individualised care that supports every aspect of a woman’s health and wellbeing.
Outside the clinic, Ella loves spending time with her husband, their two beautiful children and very energetic, but often sleepy, Italian Greyhound. You’ll often find them camping in the bush, enjoying a day at the beach or searching for the perfect coffee.
