Fusion Class
Fusion Class
Fusion brings together Reformer Pilates and clinical exercise physiology in one personalised small-group class.
With a maximum of 4 participants, each person follows an individualised exercise program based on their health, physical capacity, goals and needs. Classes may include Reformer work, strength training, mobility, balance, cardiovascular exercise, functional movement or targeted rehabilitation — or a combination of these.
The Fusion approach allows different types of exercise and clinical needs to be accommodated within the one class, while still providing individualised guidance and support from your Exercise Physiologist.
Fusion is suitable for anyone wanting to work towards their health and physical goals, including people managing chronic health conditions, injury, pain, reduced strength or mobility, or changes associated with ageing.
One class. Multiple approaches. One personalised program.

Fusion Assessment
As our Fusion classes are 100% tailored to YOU, it is a requirement that all clients have a one on one Fusion Assessment with our accredited exercise physiologist PRIOR to commencing the class.
In the assessment we will determine:
– Your health history, injuries, goals, preferences and concerns
– Your exercise physiologist will design your Fusion programme then and there so that you can hit the ground running in your first class
** This assessment is for our FUSION CLASS *
