Strength Reformer Rehab
This class is a fusion of functional strength training, proprioceptive training and reformer Pilates exercises. This class utilises our reformers and all of our strength and conditioning equipment.

Pregnancy Reformer & Strength
This class is a fusion of strength and stability exercises and reformer Pilates exercises. All exercises prescribed are pelvic floor safe and highly individualised towards your stage of pregnancy and specific goals or concerns. Exercises prescribed will also accommodate your changing body and prepare you for birth and beyond.
This class is run by one of our highly trained Women’s Health Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists.

Postnatal Reformer & Strength
This class is specifically designed for new Mum’s to safely return to exercise following birth. This class utilises a combination of reformer, mat work and free weights, delivering evidence-based pelvic floor safe exercises to restore your strength, function and confidence. This class bridges the critical gap between seeing a pelvic floor physio (after having your baby) and being released into community / gym classes.
This class is run by one of our highly trained Women’s Health Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists.

One on One Reformer Assessment
As our reformer classes are 100% tailored to YOU it is a requirement that all clients have a one on one physiotherapy reformer assessment prior to commencing our classes. In the assessment we will determine:
- Your goals, injuries, preferences and concerns
- If you would benefit from one one one pilates sessions or if classes would be more suitable
- What class would enable you to achieve your goals or manage your concerns optimally
- Your physiotherapist will design your Pilates programme then and there so that you can hit the ground running in your first class

You can book your one on one assessment and all classes either online (can you have a link here over the word online which goes to the booking page?) or with our friendly admin team.
All one on one and two on one reformer rehab sessions need to be booked through our admin team.

With Olya Antonio
Beginner friendly blend of gentle yoga and mindful movement to help you get acquainted (or reacquainted after injury or a period of not exercising!) with your body and all it can do, suitable for all ages and levels of mobility.
The class includes a combination of floor-based sitting and standing postures to move and nourish every joint and muscle in the body, improve flexibility, posture and body awareness, de-stress the nervous system and link together mind body and breath for optimal wellness.

Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy will help you to move the way you were designed to move. Pain and tension is your body’s way of getting your attention and letting you know that dysfunction is present. Therapeutic Yoga uses traditional principles of yoga along with a modern understanding of anatomy, physiology and bio mechanics to relieve stress and promote recovery of injury and illness.
One one one yoga therapy consultations are carried out by Amie Taylor. Amie will help you to uncover the unconscious patterns that lead to pain and tension and design a personalized program to help you integrate these new patterns into your life and activities.
At Alchemy in Motion we offer mat Pilates classes. Pilates is a gentle, low impact form of exercise which is aimed at improving your Deep Motion SystemsTM (including your pelvic floor and core) and whole body strength. Our classes have a strong emphasis on breathing, pelvic floor and core control and are effective in managing back and pelvic pain and toning abdominal muscles.
