Move Your Body class helps to restore movement to your body by focusing on specific areas each week – This is a 5-week program focusing on the Pelvis, Feet, Ribs and Shoulders and Arms and the relationship between them all. Get back in touch with how each of these areas should move in an integrated fashion through gentle movements while standing and on the floor.
