Practitioner Profile
Chloe is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who has experience across aged care, private practice, and rural and remote community health settings. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Dietetics (Honours) from the University of the Sunshine Coast, she has worked with a diverse range of clients, supporting individuals with conditions including diabetes, chronic disease, gastrointestinal disorders, malnutrition, and weight management.
She takes a person-centred and collaborative approach to care, focusing on creating a supportive and welcoming environment where clients feel heard and understood. Chloe strives to help people of all ages and backgrounds cut through the noise when it comes to health and nutrition, providing clear, relevant, and evidence-based guidance tailored to each individual’s goals and lifestyle.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys horse riding, spending time with her animals, and listening to audiobooks.
