Practitioner Profile
Nicola is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who has been practising since 2020. Originally from Noosa, Nicola completed her Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Griffith University on the Gold Coast before venturing to Hervey Bay, where she spent the past 6.5 years building her career and working with a diverse range of clients. She has recently returned to her hometown of Noosa and is excited to continue supporting the local community.
Throughout her career, Nicola has gained experience working across a broad range of areas, including neurological rehabilitation, NDIS, DVA, paediatrics and clinical Reformer Pilates. She takes a person-centred approach to exercise, tailoring programs to each individual’s goals, abilities and lifestyle. Nicola particularly enjoys helping clients build confidence in movement, improve their strength and function, and achieve meaningful changes that support their independence and quality of life.
Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time outdoors and making the most of everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer. She loves heading to the beach, camping and exploring new places with her two dogs, as well as spending quality time with her friends and family.
